Who we are
This website is operated by IT Ekibiniz Bilisim Hizmetleri, Istanbul, Turkey (“Advimap”, “we”). Our offices in Bucharest and Eindhoven act as contact points. For any question about this notice or your personal data, write to contact@advimap.com.
What this website collects
This website has no contact forms, no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. It does not set cookies.
Like any website, the servers that deliver it — operated by our hosting provider, Cloudflare — process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts and images are served from our own domain; we do not load content from third-party font or tracking services.
When you email us
If you write to us, we process your name, email address and whatever you include in your message, so that we can reply and, where you ask for it, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and no longer than three years after our last contact unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Who receives your data
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, and routing of email sent to our address.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365) — our email service.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@advimap.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
